Perform vendor security assessments, IT and application security reviews, and risk assessments. Coordinate remediation and compliance with security policies and standards (ISO, NIST, PCI). Communicate security requirements to IT and business teams, analyze security risks, and support IT projects to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.

Lead and perform red-team and penetration testing engagements across network, application, wireless, data center and cloud environments. Implement and configure IBM TRIRIGA platform features: portals, navigation, security, data model, form layouts, workflows, reports/queries, and data/metadata loads. Support Admin Console, Object Migration Tool, and the Portfolio module; apply state transition families and business logic.

Provide L2 technical support and software administration for big-data and analytics platforms, perform Linux server administration and network troubleshooting, coordinate vendor L3 support, manage the Command and Control Center, and track system consumption and patches.

Lead setup and provisioning of cloud and on-prem environments (AWS/Azure/VMware), run Chef and manual builds, configure enablement tools (RDP, SFTP, firewalls, proxies, load balancers), implement monitoring/logging, and perform hand-offs and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Receive inbound French customer calls about HR policies, answer inquiries, resolve issues or route to caseworkers, record and track cases in a case management tool, and coach less experienced team members. Must pass background and drug screen.

Support commodity teams to drive Ariba eAuction success: compile/schedule SRA0/SRA1, ensure export compliance, send RFQs, respond to suppliers, update CTT schedule, create/update Ariba projects and Contract Workspace, negotiate T&Cs, compile compliance folders, follow up to ensure RFQ responses and auction participation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Collects and analyzes group insurance information to determine Medicaid HIPP program eligibility. Reviews paystubs and plan documents, calculates premiums, contacts employers, clients and carriers to verify coverage, researches missing information, and maintains professional communication and conduct while prioritizing tasks under time constraints.

Process and maintain provider enrollment applications for Medicaid and other healthcare programs. Communicate with providers and ancillary staff to resolve inquiries, complete mandatory training, and comply with background and drug screening requirements. Work on-site in Austin during assigned shifts within 7am–7pm.

Support procurement operations by registering suppliers, enabling catalogs, managing the supplier portal, processing purchase requisitions, handling customer service, performing invoice reconciliation, and occasionally supporting sourcing and procurement projects with Solution Architects and mobilization teams.

Design, maintain, and optimize database systems for data visualization and analytics. Work with large datasets and MPP systems (e.g., Greenplum), write advanced SQL (DML/DDL), and script in Java/Python/MATLAB/R/VBA. Lead cross-functional projects, analyze technical processes, present findings, and collaborate across matrix and multicultural teams to improve processes and performance.
