Lead QA engineering across desktop and SaaS products by defining unified QA strategy, scaling test automation and CI/CD integration, mentoring teams, instituting standardized QA processes and metrics, introducing AI-assisted QA practices, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security to improve release confidence and product quality.

Support and enhance engineering infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines, maintain cloud infrastructure and IaC, improve deployment reliability and observability, and collaborate with Development, QA, and IT to troubleshoot environments across development, staging, and production.
