Develop manual and automated tests using Tricentis Tosca, manage defects, assess release readiness, support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and improve automation coverage. Partner with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors while mentoring junior QA professionals and contributing to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Analyze multi-source marketing data, build dashboards, segment audiences, develop SQL campaign queries, automate Salesforce customer journeys, and evaluate campaign tests. Create predictive models for targeting, next-best-product recommendations, purchasing behavior, and lifetime value. Partner with marketing, data engineering, product, and customer experience teams to improve data quality, analytics processes, customer experiences, and marketing performance while documenting data sources, analyses, and algorithms and following privacy standards.
