Design mechanical components, enclosures, accessories, fixtures, and assemblies for payment terminals using SolidWorks. Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, BOMs, technical reports, and DFx materials. Perform tolerance analysis, simulations, prototyping, manufacturability reviews, FMEA support, and problem solving. Manage mechanical cost and schedules, qualify supplier-produced components, support pilot production and compliance certification, and collaborate with vendors and factories.

Design and verify mechanical components and assemblies for payment terminals using SolidWorks. Prepare engineering documents (BOM, drawings, DFx), perform tolerance, thermal and CAE analyses, support mold design, supplier qualification, pilot production, FMEA, compliance certification, and fixture/calibration development while controlling cost and schedule.
