Supervises hotel Rooms and Housekeeping operations, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, employee performance, safety, and service quality. Supports the Front Office, Housekeeping, and General Managers with property-wide strategies, financial and accounting procedures, team coaching, orientations, key control, and resolution of guest and employee concerns. Maintains availability to staff and guests while promoting a professional, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Takes phone, in-person, DoorDash, and Grubhub orders; enters orders into the point-of-sale system; ensures takeout bags are complete; processes payments; answers menu questions; recommends items; stocks and cleans the takeout area; assists with guest seating and front-of-house service.
