Generate and convert leads in the U.S. and Mexico drayage market, conduct sales calls, build relationships with shipping lines, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and port authorities, negotiate agreements, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with operations. The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, closing, strong negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills. This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, Ohio, with a base salary and uncapped commission structure.

Generate and qualify leads, conduct 80+ daily cold calls, build customer and carrier relationships, negotiate freight costs, manage freight movement using TMS software, and resolve issues in real time. The role requires persistence, strong sales and negotiation skills, organization, composure under pressure, and flexibility to work beyond normal hours and weekends.

Gain hands-on experience across full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, compensation and benefits support, mock interview leadership, and presenting a summer portfolio project to leadership. The intern will collaborate with HR, recruiting, leadership, and fellow interns in an in-office summer program.
