Oversee freight movement using the company TMS, resolve issues with urgency, and maintain strong organization, negotiation, and time-management to grow an individual book of business.

Execute day-to-day carrier and customer operations: manage communications, update TMS, conduct check calls, analyze and negotiate freight rates, screen carriers, and handle high-volume customer inquiries to ensure shipments move efficiently.
