Manage post-sale client relations for real estate developments: coordinate construction updates and client change requests, inspect finishes, liaise with contractors and suppliers, handle payments in SAP, prepare inspection reports, oversee defect rectification, support warranty/post-warranty requests, and manage property handovers and client communications.

The Houseman is responsible for cleaning external common areas, managing refuse, cleaning windows, and collecting garbage for the property.

Monitor and evaluate financial performance of real estate development projects, maintain and enhance financial models, forecast cash flows, prepare investor and board reporting, support M&A/JV evaluations and due diligence, perform investment appraisals and feasibility studies, analyze capital structures and financing alternatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and strategic investment decisions.
