Drive sales of company properties in Cyprus, manage sales of Larnaca developments, maintain agency relationships, represent the company at events, present to audiences, and achieve personal and business sales targets.

Draft, negotiate, review, and execute high-volume real estate sale, reservation, option, assignment, and related agreements. Manage signing, powers of attorney, Lands Office procedures, payment-related banking matters, and KYC coordination. Serve as legal partner to the Sales Department, reconcile commercial terms, advise on deviations, support the Chief Legal Officer, and contribute to corporate, construction, leasing, facilities, and regulatory matters.

Coordinate client onboarding, KYC documentation, due diligence, payment verification, and ongoing compliance. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, respond to requests from financial and legal partners, and liaise with Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to resolve inconsistencies and ensure payments meet commercial and regulatory requirements.
