Coordinates and monitors child protection program implementation across the state, including tracking targets, compiling MIS reports, documenting achievements, and following up on complaints, release certificates, rescue, and rehabilitation cases. Liaises with Child Welfare Committees, district protection units, police, labor departments, government stakeholders, field teams, and the central office. Supports reporting, meeting documentation, escalation of implementation gaps, and timely resolution of pending matters, requiring regular travel to program districts.

Support rescue, rehabilitation, complaint resolution, Release Certificate follow-up, stakeholder coordination, performance feedback, and escalation of implementation gaps. The role requires district travel and strong reporting, communication, documentation, and case-tracking skills.
