Lead and execute end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, learning and development, HR reporting/analytics, and compensation administration to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with organizational safeguarding and mission.

Lead strategic design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of multi-location child protection programmes. Ensure program quality, donor compliance, resource mobilisation, partnerships, MEL systems, budget oversight, and high-performing team leadership to achieve organisational impact.

Lead the AHTU PMU: manage staffing, implement operational processes, stakeholder liaison, training, reporting, budgeting, HR functions, and monitoring. Oversee project setup and greenfield operationalization, build team capacity, and ensure compliance with ITPA provisions.
