Teams at Bazaarvoice

Lead and grow global frontend and backend engineering teams; define and deliver roadmaps for scalable, reliable SaaS products; drive cross-team initiatives; mentor engineers and managers; establish OKRs/KPIs and engineering best practices; engage with customers and executives.

Lead APAC Client Success strategic team during a 12-month interim, managing ~9 people across Enterprise and SMB/Mid-Market. Drive retention, renewals, expansion, and CSAT using data and CS tooling. Own executive client relationships, escalate client issues cross-functionally, and ensure team continuity and clean handover.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for APAC clients, troubleshoot medium-to-high complexity issues across Bazaarvoice products, guide clients on best practices, lead or participate in technical client meetings, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, meet SLAs/KPIs, maintain documentation, serve as SME and assist with training.
