Serve as lead legal advisor to product, engineering, and technology teams on AI, software, cloud, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and technology transactions. Develop AI governance and responsible-use policies, assess regulatory and ethical risks, negotiate technology and AI vendor agreements, advise on IP and data workflows, monitor global technology regulations, and train employees. The role requires significant legal experience, active bar membership, AI and privacy expertise, and the ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads and scales Product Operations across a global Product and Engineering organization. Responsibilities include product launch readiness, knowledge management, roadmap governance, product lifecycle standardization, operational metrics, AI-driven workflow optimization, technology stack ownership, and cross-functional enablement. The role manages four Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team while improving product processes, feedback systems, documentation, and organizational efficiency.

Leads global sales compensation strategy, incentive plan design, commission calculations, governance, analytics, payroll validation, and executive reporting. Partners with Finance, HR, Revenue, FP&A, Accounting, Data, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate payouts, forecasting, accruals, and data integrity. Oversees Everstage workflows, Salesforce CPQ-related commission issues, policy exceptions, and a distributed team of two analysts while driving process improvement and AI adoption.
