Leads group wellness classes such as dance, fall prevention, and seated movement under licensed therapist supervision; assists older adults individually in the gym or therapeutic pool; and supports clinic administration and logistics. The role requires strong communication, organization, independence, safety awareness, and enthusiasm for working with adults over 62. Training is provided by physical and occupational therapists.

Manages nursing services for assisted living and memory care residents, ensuring healthcare needs are met and staff follow current procedures and policies. Supervises staff, oversees service delivery, supports training, maintains compliance with Washington assisted living regulations, and collaborates with the Healthcare Administrator. Requires an active Washington RN or LPN license, leadership experience, and flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
