Lead backend engineering for high-traffic, large-scale web products. Responsibilities include architecting REST APIs and distributed systems, leading feature planning and releases, writing and reviewing code, improving reliability and performance, mentoring engineers, and managing the full software development lifecycle. The role requires expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, testing, caching, security, persistence, and continuous integration.

Supports cross-functional teams by accessing and analyzing large datasets, building BI dashboards, defining KPIs, improving data governance, validating reference data, and reporting insights. The role uses SQL, Python, Excel, statistical tools, and BI platforms to monitor performance, test systems, support experiments, and communicate findings across marketing, sales, finance, and product.

Drives the full inside-sales cycle for automotive services, from prospecting and lead qualification through closing. Consults with customers, recommends tailored packages, manages relationships, handles objections, records activity in CRM, meets sales targets, and provides market and customer feedback. The role primarily involves telephonic sales with field visits when required and requires Arabic-language capability.
