Lead the commercial, operational, academic and welfare performance of the Bayswater Brighton centre. Drive enrolments and revenue, manage accreditation and relocation, ensure safeguarding and student experience, oversee accommodation and activities, and lead a high-performing team while collaborating with network leadership to deliver growth and continuous improvement.

Drive student recruitment and revenue across China, Taiwan and Hong Kong by developing agent and institutional partnerships, delivering regional sales plans, maintaining CRM pipelines, representing the organisation at recruitment events, collaborating with marketing, and providing market intelligence to meet recruitment and revenue targets.

Handle inbound sales enquiries (mainly by phone), update CRM, follow up leads and tasks, support marketing to recruit students (especially MENA market), provide excellent customer service, follow internal processes, and resolve issues efficiently.
