Manage prospective student enquiries across phone, email, websites, social media, and marketing channels. Advise students on courses, destinations, and enrolment; maintain accurate CRM records; follow up on leads; manage sales pipelines; achieve conversion targets; and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with Direct Sales, Admissions, Marketing, and schools to support a smooth international student experience.

Drive sales and student recruitment across Canada by developing education-agent and partner relationships, acquiring new business, managing sales pipelines, delivering targets, and supporting partner marketing, training, presentations, and recruitment activities. The role represents Bayswater at events, monitors market trends and competitors, collaborates with Canadian centres and global teams, and requires regular travel within Canada plus occasional international travel.

Leads the Bournemouth education centre’s commercial, operational, academic, welfare, and financial performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, enrolment growth, partnerships, safeguarding, student experience, accommodation, accreditation, team leadership, staff development, and academic quality. The role serves as Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensures a safe, compliant, inclusive, and high-performing centre.
