Teams at Bayside Church

Provides technical leadership and support for live production systems spanning audio, video, lighting, LED, networking, communications, control, and power. Responsibilities include system design, deployment, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, documentation, load-ins, load-outs, technical support, infrastructure planning, and coordination with vendors and contractors. The role supports worship services, conferences, and special events and requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Lead film and video projects from concept through final delivery: develop treatments and scripts, direct shoots, handle cinematography, manage on-set technical execution, edit in DaVinci Resolve (and Premiere Pro), produce short- and long-form content, recruit and lead volunteer crews, and ensure cohesive brand visuals across platforms. Maintain project organization, meet deadlines, and represent Bayside Church values.

Provide creative vision and lead multi-camera live and broadcast video for services, conferences, and events. Oversee system design, standards, scheduling, volunteer recruitment/training, show programming, and technical troubleshooting across switchers, routers, graphics, and playback systems while collaborating with Worship and Creative teams.
