Teams at Bayside Academy

Lead and manage all Lower School (1st-4th grade) operations including faculty supervision and evaluation, recruitment, curriculum implementation, budgeting, scheduling, safety, parent and community communication, and coordination with school leadership and student services.

Support Head of Upper School in administration of student behavior, attendance, discipline, and campus security. Coordinate with counselors and families, manage detention and in-school suspension, maintain disciplinary records, oversee student clubs and activities, lead advisory curriculum and orientations, and serve as administrator when others are absent.
