Provides part-time administrative support across HR, mortgage licensing, accounting, IT, and office operations. Maintains confidential employee, licensing, financial, and technology records; tracks regulatory deadlines; assists with onboarding, accounting documentation, vendor coordination, user access, hardware assets, calendars, reports, and general office administration. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, and discretion while working primarily in person.

Process mortgage loan applications: advise borrowers, guide applicants through the loan process, file applications and documents, develop referral networks, and resolve customer complaints.
