Leads cross-functional strategic programs spanning product development, clinical operations, laboratory improvements, IT, digital platforms, and regulatory compliance. Establishes program governance, timelines, budgets, reporting, and risk mitigation; coordinates dependencies and resources; facilitates executive stakeholder reviews; ensures compliance with CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, and Part 11; and mentors project teams through implementation and continuous improvement.

Leads cross-functional product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, documentation, and process improvement. Partners with product, engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality products on time, within scope, and within budget.

Leads enterprise continuous improvement, product and process optimization, portfolio lifecycle management, operational governance, KPI development, executive reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves efficiency, quality, customer experience, delivery performance, laboratory operations, and business outcomes while removing bottlenecks and standardizing workflows. It requires executive communication, change management, process improvement, and leadership across product, clinical, laboratory, commercial, and operational teams in a regulated healthcare environment.
