Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, certificates, cancellations, billing questions, and policy changes. Communate proactively with clients, producers, underwriters, and carriers; conduct account reviews; identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities; maintain accurate records in Applied Epic; and stay current on coverage, carrier, and industry changes.

Manages new and remarketed personal lines insurance quoting, carrier selection, policy issuance, endorsements, documentation, and policy servicing. Supports producers and account managers with presentations and timely updates, maintains client and internal relationships, identifies cross-referral opportunities, and ensures compliance with agency standards. The role requires a state insurance license, personal lines underwriting knowledge, strong communication, accuracy, computer proficiency, and willingness to attend educational seminars and occasional travel.

Manages a personal lines insurance book of business, maintains client relationships, advises on coverage, and supports retention. Processes endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and new business submissions while maintaining accurate agency records. Collaborates with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams, stays current on underwriting guidelines, and contributes to agency growth and service goals.
