Support and maintain revenue systems and processes across the quote-to-revenue lifecycle. Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing (UAT, regression), monthly pre-close/close activities, report tie-outs, BRD design and documentation, troubleshooting, and integrations (new products, BI, RPA). Apply strong accounting knowledge and ASC 606 revenue recognition in a SOX-compliant environment while liaising with SFDC, Oracle Apps, and revenue accounting teams.

Configure and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions including Apex, Visualforce, integrations (SOAP/REST/MuleSoft), data migrations, deployments, and system maintenance to support Sales and Service Cloud implementations and global delivery teams.

Lead US business development for professional services: identify, qualify, and win opportunities for business applications, analytics, Salesforce and Oracle services; develop proposals, negotiate contracts, manage client relationships and multi-shore delivery and resourcing.
