Leads overall manufacturing plant operations, including production, safety, quality, delivery scheduling, inventory, cost control, maintenance, staffing, training, compliance, and facility upkeep. Drives continuous improvement, team accountability, OSHA and DOT compliance, customer delivery performance, and operational profitability while coordinating production, shipping, receiving, administration, and driver teams.

Leads the manufacturing facility’s production, quality, safety, shipping, maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions. The Plant Manager drives OSHA and regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost control, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and team development. Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance management, freight coordination, equipment troubleshooting, facility upkeep, and collaboration with sales and corporate leadership. The role requires significant time on the production floor in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
