Teams at Bay Bluffs - Emmet County Medical Care Facility

Provides reception and clerical support in a residential care setting. Greets residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and staff; answers calls; directs visitors; sorts mail; processes cash and checks; maintains petty cash records; schedules resident beauty and barber appointments; updates room lists; and supports the Business Office and other departments. Requires a friendly demeanor, basic Windows and typing proficiency, flexibility across shifts, and successful completion of background and fingerprint checks.
