Supports daily school lunchroom operations by receiving, organizing, preparing, and serving premade meals. Supervises staff when leaders are absent, assists with training and onboarding, manages inventory and Lunch Club orders, supports Square purchases, and communicates with school stakeholders. Ensures food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, documentation, and efficient service while covering lunchroom, snack bar, and monitoring duties as needed.

Lead vision, strategy, and programs for young adults (ages 18-30), including gatherings, life groups, outreach, leadership development, pastoral care, volunteer recruitment, budgeting, and collaboration with church leadership to increase engagement and spiritual growth.

Create and manage photography, videography, and edited media for worship services and events. Produce social media content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and provide analytics. Maintain media archives, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with ministry leaders and volunteers.

Maintain and secure the church CRM by entering, auditing, deduplicating, and updating constituent records. Build reports, dashboards, mailing lists, and analytics; support online forms, event registrations, and integrations. Train staff, manage user permissions, coordinate with IT/vendors, perform audits, and document procedures to support ministry decision-making and data-driven operations.

Supervise and support lunchroom operations: open/close kitchens, clean and disinfect surfaces, prepare and serve meals, organize deliveries and supplies, monitor students, operate the lunch computer, and maintain professional, Christian conduct.

The Preschool Teacher will help students develop attitudes and skills through biblical principles, manage the classroom, ensure safety, and communicate with parents.
