Directs daily operations of an Active Lifestyle Center, including activities, meals, supplies, participant files, and compliance. Coordinates Meals on Wheels routes, eligibility reassessments, volunteer drivers, and deliveries. Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff and volunteers, manages RSVP volunteer activities, submits reports, markets programs, and supports community events. The role requires independent center management, senior participant support, community relationship building, and occasional county travel.

Manages patient onboarding, eligibility, documentation, and monthly follow-up for the GUIDE Model. Submits and reconciles electronic claims using HCPCS and ICD-10 codes, tracks invoices and denials, prepares reports, and resolves billing issues with athenaOne, GUIDE, and CMS. Supports data analysis, demographic reporting, special projects, grant applications, and workflow development while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Serves as a subject matter expert on GUIDE requirements and athenaOne for internal teams.
