Provides executive-level administrative and strategic support to the Vice President of Global CCS Operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, leadership meetings, executive presentations, communications, stakeholder coordination, visit and event planning, expense and budget support, and enterprise initiatives. The role partners across global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, and commercial teams in a matrixed environment.

Develop and deliver product, clinical, digital, and selling-skills training for sales professionals. Partner with marketing, sales leadership, and subject matter experts to prepare teams for product launches, facilitate new-hire classes, implement innovative learning tools, assess training effectiveness, and improve sales-force and clinician efficiency. The role requires strong presentations, analytical ability, healthcare product knowledge, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Supports Baxter’s SEC and external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, financial statement preparation, disclosures, tie-outs, earnings materials, technical accounting, month-end close, audits, SOX compliance, and accounting for business transactions. The role also monitors GAAP and SEC developments, supports new accounting standards, and drives reporting process improvements.
