Lead global consumer engagement strategy for vaccines, designing patient-focused campaigns across digital and non-digital channels. Identify patient journey gaps, build data-driven full-funnel media strategies, create global consumer guidelines, manage agencies and global consumer budget, and partner with insights, brand, digital and local teams to optimize investments and measure impact. Drive cross-functional alignment and scalable processes to improve consumer experience and support business growth.

Lead and continuously develop the Group Compliance Audit and Speak-Up programs globally. Own governance, risk assessments, audits, investigations, reporting, digital tools implementation, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen controls, monitoring, and remediation across regions and functions.
