Lead DACH brand strategy and execution for a key vaccine, manage a small marketing team, drive omnichannel engagement, collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, and track KPIs and budgets with ~20% regional travel.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in Drug Product manufacturing. Lead Kaizen events, deliver training/coaching in Lean methods (A3, root cause analysis, 5S, flow mapping), implement performance boards and role cards, and support transition to high-volume production through cross-functional engagement and change leadership.
