Lead source-to-contract procurement activities including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract management to optimize costs and ensure supply continuity. Support project procurement for a new laboratory and office building and facility maintenance, monitor procurement KPIs, ensure GMP/FDA/EMA compliance, and collaborate with Finance and global procurement to improve ERP and digital procurement systems.

Lead end-to-end CAPEX projects for GMP facilities at the Kvistgaard site (primarily a new warehouse). Own budgets up to €50M, ensure delivery on scope, schedule, cost and quality, enforce EHS/GMP/Quality-by-Design, manage contractors/vendors, drive governance and operational readiness, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through commissioning, handover, and close-out.

Design, maintain, and optimize global network infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls and wireless systems. Lead network upgrades and lifecycle projects, collaborate with vendors, maintain documentation and diagrams, support compliance/audit activities, handle incidents and escalations, and improve network architecture and operational processes within an ITSM-driven environment.
