Develops and improves manufacturing and assembly processes, administers the Dozuki digital work-instruction platform, and creates controlled visual documentation. Integrates inspection, testing, traceability, data capture, reporting, and workflow automation. Collaborates with manufacturing, production, quality, design, electrical engineering, and business intelligence teams to improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and ease of assembly. Regularly observes shop-floor operations, validates process changes, supports training, and contributes to new product introductions and manufacturing technology implementation.

Coordinates employee engagement, communications, recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation support, and HR programs. Manages events, schedules, trackers, communications, training records, employee materials, and program logistics. Supports employees and HR leadership while maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and improving administrative processes. The role requires collaboration across departments, proactive problem-solving, and proficiency with office and HR technology.

Provides technical support to the Electrical Assembly Department by programming HMIs and PLCs, troubleshooting compressor units, updating EPLAN schematics, auditing bills of material, maintaining job documentation, interpreting engineering drawings, and coordinating parts. Performs electrical assembly work including motor wiring, harness and switch assembly, drilling, cutting, and wiring. Maintains UL records and supports safe, efficient production in a manufacturing environment.
