Leads and supports retread technicians, assists with training, ensures retreading procedures and quality standards are followed, troubleshoots equipment and process issues, conducts tire inspections, and promotes workplace safety and process improvements.

Assist customers with tire and automotive service selections, handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, process sales transactions, maintain CRM or POS records, coordinate service installation, explain products and promotions, resolve complaints and warranty questions, and maintain a clean, safe front-counter area.

Provide customer service and sales support for tire and automotive services via phone, email, and walk-ins.
