Own customer lifecycle growth strategy from acquisition through repeat usage and expansion. Analyze funnels and cohorts, design and execute Braze communications, run experiments, build dashboards, and connect initiatives to business metrics such as activation, repeat origination, retention, and LTV. Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver measurable outcomes and manage multiple initiatives end to end.

Lead Mexico tax compliance and remediation: manage ISR, IVA, payroll taxes, CFDI, filings and payments; handle audits, disputes, and SAT interactions; build controls, processes, and automation; manage external advisors and develop the tax team while remaining hands-on.
