Provides frontline IT support for church staff and volunteers, resolving hardware, software, network, printing, and Microsoft 365 issues. Manages help desk tickets, device deployment, updates, mobile device management, and user onboarding/offboarding. Supports AV systems, events, security cameras, networking equipment, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration. Develops user documentation and training while assisting with IT operations and equipment setup. Evening and weekend work, physical setup duties, and lifting may be required.

Direct live video production and maintain video systems across multiple church campuses. Program weekly broadcast services, manage equipment inventory and signal flow, operate video systems during services and events, and lead system design implementation. Recruit, schedule, train, and develop production volunteers while collaborating with staff and leadership. The role requires technical expertise, calm decision-making in fast-paced environments, physical equipment setup, and occasional evening and weekend work.
