Oversee administrative functions for a UAE branch campus, including procedures, staff supervision, personnel matters, reporting, events, budgeting coordination, facilities, safety, security, compliance, and committee representation. The role supports the Dean and collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, and academic departments to maintain an efficient, compliant, and professional campus environment.

Provides executive administrative support to the COO and executive team, manages daily office operations, coordinates meetings and projects, prepares reports and presentations, maintains records, supports basic graphic and interior design needs, coordinates vendors and events, and manages office supplies and procurement.
