Build and own a marketing measurement and optimization system for paid acquisition. Develop Bayesian marketing mix models, causal incrementality experiments, response curves, LTV and retention models, and risk-aware budget allocation methods. Translate model outputs into profitable channel decisions, production-quality code, and actionable recommendations. Partner with paid acquisition and data engineering teams to establish testing roadmaps and measurement approaches for both established and opaque advertising channels.

Build and deploy production machine learning systems, primarily recommendation and personalization models. Own projects across problem definition, data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Develop scalable low-latency inference infrastructure, run experiments and A/B tests, and apply ML to fraud detection, abuse prevention, and content moderation. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Own TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as growth channels. Set creative direction, script, shoot, edit, design, publish, and analyze content. Run rapid testing across hooks and formats, connect views to installs and trading volume, build creator and UGC pipelines, identify trends, and ensure content complies with legal requirements.
