Support digital asset regulatory research, product and go-to-market legal reviews, commercial contracts, AML/KYC compliance, privacy matters, corporate governance, intellectual property administration, and regulatory or litigation responses. The associate will work closely with product, engineering, commercial teams, senior legal leadership, and outside counsel, assuming ownership of a defined legal area within 6–12 months.

Own and scale the company’s paid acquisition engine across major advertising channels and emerging crypto networks. Manage a multimillion-dollar daily budget, optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback, build attribution infrastructure, lead creative testing, hire and manage a performance marketing team, and partner with Legal on regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct campaign execution, rapid experimentation, quantitative analysis, and end-to-end ownership.

As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will own production trading systems, design reward functions, validate frameworks, and lead RL efforts to drive trading volume safely with real capital.
