Represent the company at local vendor events and canvassing activities. Engage and talk with attendees, work weekends/nights outdoors, and pursue sales/lead generation. Part-time, flexible hours; no prior experience required. Must be outgoing, money-motivated, and have a valid driver’s license.

Lead, coach, and develop an in-home remodeling sales team. Recruit and mentor reps, run field appointments, support closing, analyze sales metrics, and drive performance to meet targets.

Plan, organize, and manage local events across the Seattle area to generate leads. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead Brand Ambassadors. Coordinate logistics (booth transport, setup/teardown), negotiate vendor contracts, track event performance and ROI, and support sales by scheduling in-home consultations.
