Sell roofing and siding projects directly to homeowners through consultations, roof inspections, accurate pricing, and complete production handoffs. Generate leads through canvassing and referrals, maintain CRM records, set clear expectations, follow up consistently, and protect company margins. The role is entirely commission-based, requires daily travel, ladder and roof access, and emphasizes consultative selling and relationship building.

Leads the company’s direct-to-consumer marketing engine, managing paid and offline lead-generation channels, budgets, agencies, vendors, and internal staff. Owns performance metrics including cost per lead, appointment, and sale; improves lead quality, speed to lead, and conversion rates with sales and call center teams. Develops offers, tests new sources, scales successful campaigns, and supports expansion into new markets.

Visit assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners about remodeling needs, introduce company services, and schedule qualified free in-home consultations for the sales team. The role requires friendly, professional communication, dependable attendance, goal orientation, and comfort working outdoors. Paid training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required. Compensation includes base pay, commission, and bonuses.
