Coordinates branch installation, service, and sales schedules; processes payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collections; manages AP, AR, petty cash, inventory support, vendor orders, customer inquiries, records, and company systems while supporting daily branch operations.

Develop new commercial business, build relationships with property managers and executives, present customized proposals, negotiate pricing, manage key accounts, maintain a sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and drive revenue growth and retention within an assigned territory.

Meet with qualified homeowners, present bathroom remodeling solutions, generate additional leads, build trust, and close sales. The role provides pre-set appointments but rewards self-generated opportunities with extra commission. Sales experience is helpful but not required, as product training is provided. Travel to Tennessee for training is required, along with valid government-issued identification for travel. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and benefits.
