Provide impartial, inclusive careers and employability guidance to adult and 16–19 students, apprentices, external learners, and students with additional needs. Conduct individual and group guidance sessions across multiple channels, share education and employment progression information, use labour market data, support informed career decisions, signpost external services, and help students achieve positive destinations and improved retention.

Develop employer relationships to create apprenticeship opportunities; source, support and place candidates; manage a pipeline of vacancies and applicants; promote roles via events, campaigns and outreach; meet clear measurable targets in a high‑pace, sales‑driven recruitment environment.

Coordinates digital support, library, and learning resource services across college sites. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, service desk monitoring, IT ticket escalation, customer communications, resource development, asset record checks, and compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and security policies. The role also supports departmental finance administration and procurement activities.
