Supervise school-age children in a safe, caring, and enriching before- and after-school environment. Lead educational topics, activities, and games; build positive relationships with children, parents, and YMCA staff; enforce childcare policies and guidelines; communicate effectively; complete reports; and support site management in Brunswick and RSU1. The role requires dependable scheduling, sound judgment, professionalism, and youth-focused leadership.
