Support the Business Development & Marketing team with campaign coordination, client reporting, events and webinars, website and social upkeep, email marketing, research, marketing collateral, legal directory submissions, and purchasing branded goods to raise the firm's profile.

The Employment Associate will manage a caseload involving discrimination complaints, whistleblowing concerns, and employment issues for not-for-profit and charity clients. Responsibilities include advising on TUPE, redundancy, and handling client relationships with a strong focus on client service and business development.

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of IT projects (Microsoft 365, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business apps). Manage stakeholders, suppliers, risks, budgets, governance, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement. Provide line management to a BA and matrix leadership across technical teams, oversee supplier selection/procurement, and ensure projects meet quality, time and cost objectives.
