Provide on-site security for a 158-acre facility on a 4-on/4-off 48-hour week shift pattern. Duties include access control, vehicle/visitor/contractor booking, patrols, searches, CCTV monitoring, unlocking/locking premises, answering security calls, and rotating on a weekly call-out rota. Employer provides training and development.

Lead manufacturing projects for a new US venture, overseeing the full production process through loading and shipping. Manage stock control, quality control, health and safety, and coach the team to meet targets and deadlines.

Lead engineering and design teams across new machine builds, modifications, refurbishments and breakdown responses. Manage projects from enquiry to after-sales, drive sales growth, oversee supplier contracts, quality (ISO 9001:2015), health and safety compliance, maintenance and PPM cycles, cost control, and staff training and performance.
