Teams at Batch Robotics

Install, commission, integrate, and improve robotic automation systems at customer factories, primarily across the DACH region. Responsibilities include application engineering, factory integration, CAD design, hardware assembly and wiring, component sourcing, testing, acceptance, operator training, troubleshooting, and field feedback to product and machine-learning teams. The role requires approximately 60% travel, strong cross-disciplinary engineering skills, German and English fluency, and hands-on experience with robots or automation systems.

Design, train, and deploy machine learning systems for robotic perception and control. Build data pipelines, MLOps workflows, simulation tooling, synthetic data generation, and models including video, multimodal, world, diffusion, and transformer architectures. Integrate models with physical robotic manipulators and multimodal sensor data, then evaluate and optimize them for reliability, latency, and robustness in real-world factory environments.
