The Chief of Staff partners with the Executive Director to advance strategic priorities, strengthen Board governance and engagement, coordinate executive and leadership processes, and improve organizational effectiveness. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, translates strategy into measurable execution, removes barriers, supports senior leadership alignment, and identifies opportunities to use AI, technology, and automation. This remote position requires occasional travel for Board meetings, leadership gatherings, and organizational priorities.
