The Robotic Support Engineer's role involves resolving customer issues, designing product improvements, attending design reviews, and collaborating with engineering teams, 24/7/365.

Provide remote night-shift application support for production environments: troubleshoot software/hardware, diagnose bugs vs changes, build reports and queries, manage databases (SQL/Oracle), perform QA, document tickets, participate in on-call rotation, visit customer sites for maintenance, and liaise with development to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
