Lead development, execution, and optimization of personalized email, SMS, and push campaigns. Build and QA responsive, modular email templates using HTML/CSS/Liquid. Orchestrate automated customer journeys, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve engagement, retention, and revenue. Mentor team members and maintain deliverability, compliance, and accessibility standards.
