The Staff Accountant is responsible for recording inventory accounting transactions, conducting reconciliations, and assisting with physical inventory counts. This role involves preparing journal entries, analyzing financial data, and participating in company projects related to inventory accounting.

Lead customer-centered digital product initiatives across ecommerce, mobile, retail technology, and omnichannel experiences. Drive discovery through delivery: define strategy, success metrics, roadmaps, and implementation-ready artifacts (workflows, wireframes, prototypes, user stories). Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to optimize products through experimentation, analytics, and iterative improvements while advancing product and UX practices.

Lead global apparel sourcing, factory selection and relationships, negotiate costs, ensure quality and compliance, manage production schedules and third-party QC, and drive margin, on-time delivery, and factory performance improvements.
