Oversee workers’ compensation claims administration, financial analysis, policy filings, premiums, and third-party administrator performance. Analyze claims data to identify loss-prevention and financial-mitigation opportunities, coordinate with safety teams and field locations, develop processes and procedures, manage recovery efforts, maintain data integrity, and support discovery responses. The role requires workers’ compensation expertise across multiple jurisdictions, strong analytical and communication skills, and independent judgment.

Designs, analyzes, and administers compensation programs, including market pricing, salary structures, pay grades, annual compensation planning, incentives, and regulatory compliance. Partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations, maintain data integrity, improve reporting, develop policies, and support hiring, promotion, retention, and pay decisions. Leads compensation projects, mentors junior staff, and monitors market and legislative trends.

The HR Specialist leads onsite human resources activities, including staffing, onboarding, training, employee engagement, HRIS and payroll administration, compliance recordkeeping, performance management support, and employee issue resolution. The role also assists with store administration, invoices, expenses, supplies, and travel coordination. It requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
