Cross-trained Medical Assistant/Front Office staff to support clinical and administrative tasks for an ENT practice. Duties include rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, cleaning and processing scopes, scheduling, phone triage, patient check-in/out, inbox and administrative tasks, maintaining exam rooms, and occasional travel between Napa and Sonoma offices (1-2 days/week).

Manage patient scheduling and provider calendars, answer patient calls, verify demographics and insurance, obtain authorizations/referrals, maintain EHR records, assist with check-in/check-out, perform basic vitals and inventory tasks, and handle general front-office administrative duties.

The Oncology Nurse Navigator links cancer patients to their healthcare team, providing education, coordination, emotional support, and advocacy throughout the cancer care process.
