Bask Health Benefits Overview

Provides general corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory legal counsel for a DTC telehealth and B2B healthtech software platform. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises product and engineering teams, manages compliance risks involving healthcare, privacy, data security, FDA, FTC, DEA, fintech, and AI regulations, and supports audits and outside counsel. Develops scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, and AI-native processes while partnering cross-functionally with company leadership.

Own product initiatives from problem definition through launch, shape and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize work using customer, user, competitive, and business insights. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Gather feedback from customers, patients, and partners, serve as the voice of the customer, and translate complex technical problems into actionable engineering solutions. The role requires coding literacy, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to ship under pressure.

Create clear, concise UX copy across patient-facing and business healthcare workflows, including onboarding, forms, errors, notifications, AI interactions, and transactional communications. Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and users to improve information architecture, terminology, interaction patterns, and content systems. Develop voice and tone guidelines, reusable content patterns, and scalable AI-assisted workflows while ensuring clarity, accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and trust in complex healthcare software experiences.
