Own the GTM enablement function for Basis, including sales strategy, 30/60/90-day ramp, manager coaching, sales playbooks, enablement tooling, content systems, and performance measurement. Build consistent selling motions across account executives, BDRs, channel, and customer-facing teams. Lead enablement hiring and connect ramp time, win rates, and productivity to revenue outcomes. The role is based in NYC and requires working in the office five days per week.

Own GTM enablement programs for AEs, BDRs, and partner teams, including onboarding, certifications, playbooks, live training, call coaching, and product-launch content. Measure ramp time, certification results, and sales impact while partnering with sales, marketing, product, and RevOps. This is an in-person builder role focused on improving seller readiness, skills, and performance.

Own the go-to-market data model, semantic layer, Salesforce administration, integrations, event signals, and data quality systems. Build reliable APIs, workflows, monitoring, and AI agents that improve GTM operations. Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and AI Ops to establish consistent metrics, maintain trusted systems, and support future products and revenue motions.
