Build strong talent pipelines, conduct thoughtful personalized outreach, evaluate candidate fit beyond titles and keywords, manage multiple searches independently, and use hiring-team feedback and conversion data to improve sourcing strategy and results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Basis’s go-to-market organization, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations roles. Partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, manage searches from intake through offer, provide strong candidate communication, and improve hiring processes. The role requires comfort with rapid growth, ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and full-time in-person work in Basis’s New York City office.

Own the GTM enablement function for Basis, including sales strategy, 30/60/90-day ramp, manager coaching, sales playbooks, enablement tooling, content systems, and performance measurement. Build consistent selling motions across account executives, BDRs, channel, and customer-facing teams. Lead enablement hiring and connect ramp time, win rates, and productivity to revenue outcomes. The role is based in NYC and requires working in the office five days per week.
