Teams at Basin

Supports daily HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll-related activities, HRIS updates, performance evaluations, attendance, benefits, safety compliance, employee inquiries, investigations, and disciplinary processes. Coordinates training, maintains I-9 and safety records, processes reimbursements and income verification requests, and serves as a liaison between employees, management, and the HR Generalist.
