Designs girls’ toy products from concept through production, creating sketches, renderings, 3D mockups, control drawings, specifications, and prototypes. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, packaging, management, vendors, and international teams while applying industrial design, color, form, function, cost, and consumer-focused problem solving. Manages design projects, communicates with Hong Kong engineering, presents concepts, and supports product development timelines.

Leads day-to-day HR operations, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. Partners with hiring managers, employees, vendors, and agencies while maintaining HRIS data, supporting Paycom processes, improving HR workflows, and responding to routine HR and payroll questions.

Manage daily accounts receivable activities: monitor outstanding accounts, contact customers to collect payments, resolve billing and credit issues, process payments/refunds, maintain records, prepare collection reports, and coordinate escalations when necessary.
