Lead a 16-FTE Financial Control team to deliver accurate monthly IFRS reporting, standardize and automate processes, own balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, and manage the external audit as primary counterpart while driving internal control improvements and supporting finance transformation and integration projects.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services to support millions of requests and hardware integrations across clubs. Build self-service and engagement features, collaborate with Product, Design, and QA, ensure reliability and performance 24/7, and take ownership of delivery and risk management.

Lead the role of social in brand growth across markets by defining strategy, frameworks and KPIs; judge and scale creative work based on brand impact and performance; build learning loops, align social with Brand/Performance/PR/CRM; challenge agencies and improve execution across countries.
