Teams at Basic-Fit

The Business Controller supports Basic-Fit’s DACH operations through financial and commercial analysis, business reviews, forecasting, management reporting, process improvements, and strategic projects. The role acts as a liaison between Finance and operational stakeholders, provides actionable insights, challenges business decisions, and supports regional expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.

Own the HRIS product roadmap and backlog, translating HR business requirements into technical specifications. Lead Agile ceremonies, stakeholder and vendor management, system architecture documentation, releases, testing, and platform optimization. The role supports Workday or comparable HRIS platforms across multiple European countries and partners with HR, IT, development teams, and third-party AMS providers.

Build and maintain highly scalable APIs, define service-level objectives, improve system architecture, contribute to frontend development, document designs, resolve complex bugs, shape the engineering roadmap, and co-own security, privacy, and performance. The role also involves helping teams adopt AI development tools and collaborating with engineers, product owners, designers, and delivery leads.
