Design and advise CRM strategies grounded in behavioural science to drive member engagement across email and app. Translate behaviour principles into journey concepts, define segments and triggers with data, embed logic in automations, design experiments, and support rewards and motivation systems. Collaborate with CRM, content, data, and marketing cloud teams to measure and iterate communications for millions of members.

Lead a 16-FTE Financial Control team to deliver accurate monthly IFRS reporting, standardize and automate processes, own balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, and manage the external audit as primary counterpart while driving internal control improvements and supporting finance transformation and integration projects.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services to support millions of requests and hardware integrations across clubs. Build self-service and engagement features, collaborate with Product, Design, and QA, ensure reliability and performance 24/7, and take ownership of delivery and risk management.
