Facilitate therapeutic recreation groups and structured youth programs, including adventure challenge activities, community involvement, and reintegration. Supervise youth, ensure safety, support individualized treatment plans, manage behaviors, evaluate recreation interventions, maintain facilities and equipment, and collaborate with families, staff, and community partners. The role requires evening and weekend flexibility and willingness to learn high-ropes technical skills.

Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, documentation, patient/family education, care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, infection control, and patient advocacy in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Oversee daily operations of a residential youth unit, supervise and coach Youth Care Professionals, coordinate routines and activities, ensure trauma-informed therapeutic care, complete documentation, support hiring and training, and promote a safe, structured environment and positive team culture.
