Develop and validate mathematical models for pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing processes. Partner with customer subject matter experts and engineering teams to implement simulation and control solutions, contribute to product roadmaps, document research and model structures, and promote modeling best practices. The role requires bioprocess expertise, research-grade Python development, chemical engineering fundamentals, and interdisciplinary project leadership.

The Business Development Representative will generate outbound pipeline across enterprise pharmaceutical, chemicals, and personal care accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting decision-makers, creating personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach, qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, supporting conference and webinar campaigns, coordinating with Account Executives, and maintaining accurate CRM activity and handoff records. Success is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline generation, response rates, and conversion performance.

Work with specialty chemical manufacturing customers to deploy AI-powered digital twin solutions: analyze process and lab/DoE data, build simulations and models in Python, integrate manufacturing historians, lead technical onboarding and troubleshooting, and translate technical insights into measurable operational improvements.
