The Partnerships Manager will scale Baselayer's partnerships, managing end-to-end processes from sourcing to activation and training partners for success. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing is key to driving revenue impact.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll own the product design process, collaborate with engineering, and improve usability for Baselayer's fintech platform, utilizing Figma and participating in user research.
