Own production LLM-driven agent systems for business data enrichment, including classification, web discovery and verification, entity linking, legitimacy scoring, and risk signals. Build shared agent infrastructure, tools, evaluations, tracing, and cost controls. The role requires production Python engineering, browser automation, multi-provider LLM expertise, structured-output design, web scraping, and evaluation methodology. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with four in-office days weekly.

Own the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, pilots, negotiation, and closing. Build pipelines across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts; lead consultative discovery with technical and analytical buyers; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership on customer feedback, positioning, and sales motions. Represent Baselayer as a credible thought leader while consistently achieving revenue targets in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Own the full sales cycle for Baselayer’s AI risk platform, including prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and closing. Build pipelines across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts; lead consultative sales conversations; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership. The role requires exceeding revenue targets, influencing technical and analytical buyers, and representing the company with credibility in fintech, fraud, risk, and financial services markets.
