Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend using React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Design scalable APIs, data models, and services; use AI coding agents; ensure automated testing and code quality; troubleshoot production systems; and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps. Contribute to secure engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows.

Own inbound lead response and qualification across chat, forms, calls, and inquiries; book qualified demos for Account Executives; grow monthly Masterclass attendance; nurture warm leads; convert event attendees into pipeline; maintain CRM records; refine qualification and routing playbooks; and report funnel metrics. The role is Toronto-based hybrid with coaching and progression toward Account Executive or Sales Operations roles.
